getting tagged as spam when value is below threshold

Postby carboncow » Mon Oct 04, 2010 11:02 am

I've included two screenshots to show my concern. We seem to still be having agressive tagging of spam after I have moved the "slider" up to the highest level of 90. The server has been restarted since the value of 90 has been selected several weeks ago.

As you can see from the first screen shot the threshold of 90 and the 2nd screenshot shows the spamcatcher value of 57 and the custom tag of [possible spam] being applied.

Am I misunderstanding something here? I'd rather not turn the spam off on AVG (since I paid for it!) as it does work for many messages that are not caught by Exchange 2007 use of RBLs.

Thanks for any constructive comments.
