Help with false positives

Postby bloodling » Fri Oct 02, 2009 3:18 am

Hi,
I am using AVG and my computer doesn't work well since I scanned my computer. Can you please help me restore some files in my vault? Or at least tell me which ones really are dangerous.

Thanks a lot!

I wouldn't restore any of those files. Your computer seems to be heavily infected. Try running MBAM: http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php

You could also reboot into Safe Mode and run a full scan with AVG, which might catch a few more things.

Really? Damn, I just formatted my computer... I'm sure some of them aren't viruses but I'm not willing to take any chances. Do you think my credit card information could be compromised?
