The unistall/reinstall section

On the thing in the list, it says Format Factory is dangerous. Is it? I have had it for about a year and no funny stuff going on with that...

Not quite sure what you're referring to, but reformatting your computer will wipe everything on it.

Well, in the section where it shows you all the updates installed, programs installed and other things, I can't remember the rest. I went into the pregrams section and looked at all the programs I had installed. I looked at the prgrams that were marked dangerous, unknown or trustworthy. then I found Format Factory by Free Time that was marked dangerous. I'm wandering why that is? as said above, I've had it for nearly a year and nothing funny has gone from that program. :D

Looks like clean software to me, but it could be as simple as AVG not liking the word "Format" in the title. I would just ignore it.

oops, sorry...  I didn't read that part of the forum....so this is the unofficial AVG community forums. Okay, I guess I'll take your answer for my question. I'll maybe perhaps ask on the official AVG forums(if there is one) for a bit more detail on it, not that your answers doesn't suffice my question.

thanks... :D you can lock this topic if you want to.
