I cannot believe I have to do a complete uninstall of AVG for 50+ workstations! this is bs and I will not be working with AVG from here on out. I recommended AVG to my company and now I look like an a$$. Thanks for the crappy AV program, jerks.

bustedbicycle wrote:When I click your link that I believe you want me to find the AVG Removal Tool, I am lead to a page that sells AVG-PC Tuneup. As far as I can tell, there is no AVG Removal Tool on that page. A search of AVG turns up nothing else. Is the link faulty? Or do I need to buy something else in order to uninstall AVG and then uninstall it, too, and then reinstall the AVG that you direct me to in your last step? I am lost.
broemer wrote:Hi, I just followed your instructions from Dec 1, 2010, for solving the problem with AVG bugs. I got to this page from a link posted on another post about the NDIS driver not being found.
I followed the instructions exactly, but now, I get "Error" for the firewall. Are the instructions in the initial Dec 1 post still correct?
